A balm is a concentrated, wax-structured product suited to massage and localized application. A cream has a softer, spreadable texture designed for moisturizing and conditioning the skin. A roller bottle uses a lightweight carrier oil to apply a small amount of an aromatic blend in a portable format.
Choose by texture, application style, and aromatic preference. Select a balm if you prefer a rich massage product, a cream if you want daily moisturizing and skin conditioning, or a roller if you want a portable aromatic ritual. The formula and application are the same. The 1 oz jar is compact and travel-friendly, while the 2 oz jar provides more product for regular home use.
Compare their fragrance profiles. Quiet Mind combines floral, citrus, resinous, and woody notes. Silent Night features lavender with warm sandalwood and rosewood. The refreshing mint-and-herb roller features peppermint, rosemary, and lavender. Use each only as directed on its label.
Begin with a small amount. For a balm or cream, apply a thin layer and add more only if needed. For a roller, use a light pass on an application point permitted by the label. Using more does not make the product more appropriate or effective.
Apply only to the areas identified on the finished-product label. A wrist is a simple starting point for roller bottles. Balms and creams should be applied to clean, intact skin. Keep all products away from the eyes, mucous membranes, and other sensitive areas.
Follow the directions on the finished-product label. Reapply only as directed and stop use if irritation or an uncomfortable sensation develops.
Using more than one topical product on the same area can increase exposure to shared ingredients and make it harder to identify the cause of irritation. Introduce one product at a time, patch test it, and avoid layering products on the same area unless the labels and a qualified professional indicate that it is appropriate.
Keep containers tightly closed or capped in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Store roller bottles upright and keep every product out of reach of children.
Natural oils, butters, and waxes can soften in warmth and become firmer in cooler conditions. A temperature-related texture change does not necessarily mean the product is unusable. Allow it to return gradually to normal room temperature and contact Nature's Potions if the aroma, color, container, or product appears unusual.
Yes. Use Nature's Potions balms, creams, and rollers externally and only as directed. Do not ingest them or apply them inside the nose, mouth, eyes, or other mucous membranes.
A patch test is a small trial application on a limited area of clean, intact skin before regular use. Follow the product label and wait to see how your skin responds. Stop use if redness, itching, burning, swelling, or another unwanted reaction occurs.
No. Do not apply Nature's Potions products to broken, scraped, sunburned, or irritated skin unless a finished-product label specifically states otherwise.
Stop using the product and gently remove any remaining product as appropriate. Seek medical attention for a severe or persistent reaction, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, or another urgent concern.

CBD isolate is a purified form of cannabidiol used as one ingredient in selected oil-based Nature's Potions formulas. It is not an essential oil and does not create the formula's aroma or cooling sensation. Nature's Potions does not market these products to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Nature's Potions uses botanical and other formulation ingredients as identified on each product page. Organic claims apply only to specifically identified ingredients supported by supplier documentation; they do not mean that every ingredient or finished product is certified organic.

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 48 business hours after the order is accepted, excluding weekends and holidays. During unusually busy periods, we will post or communicate any material delay.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more after discounts and before tax. Expedited services and destinations outside the standard service area may not qualify.
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the carrier accepts or scans the package. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear.
First review the carrier's tracking page and confirm the shipping address on your order. If the package has not moved for several business days or is marked delivered but cannot be located, email info@natures-potions.com with your order number so we can review the shipment with you.
Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return authorization for an eligible unopened and unused product in its original packaging. Do not mail a return before receiving instructions from Nature's Potions.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned because of preference, aroma, texture, or a change of mind. We will review an opened product when it arrived damaged or defective, leaked in transit, or was not the item ordered.
Email info@natures-potions.com within seven days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping on an approved preference return. Nature's Potions will address reasonable return or replacement shipping when the problem resulted from our error or the product arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.
After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the financial institution to post the credit.
